Cally Usage Terms

1) Eligible users of paid features

Paid features are intended for individual users and families (including busy sporting families) who want higher AI usage limits and premium workflow features.

2) Where paid features are purchased

Paid features in iOS are purchased inside the app using Apple In-App Purchase subscriptions.

3) Previously purchased features accessible in app

Users with active subscriptions can access premium entitlements linked to their account, including higher AI usage limits and premium assistant capabilities.

4) Paid digital features not using in-app purchase

None. Paid digital content/features in the iOS app are unlocked only through Apple In-App Purchase.

5) Account creation and fees

Users can create a Cally account for free. No payment is required to create an account. Optional paid subscriptions are available for premium features.

• Text command: 1 credit
• Photo command: 5 credits
• Limits and premium tiers may change over time and will be reflected in-app.
